What this site collects, which is almost nothing, and what happens to the project documents you send us.
Corven & Ashby LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Corven & Ashby,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit www.corvenashby.com (the “Website”), contact us, request information or advisory services, submit project materials, receive a proposal, or otherwise interact with us.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through the Website and in connection with our marketing, business-development, client-inquiry, proposal, and advisory activities.
This Privacy Policy does not replace the confidentiality, data-use, data-security, or data-processing provisions of a signed agreement between Corven & Ashby and a client. If a signed agreement conflicts with this Privacy Policy regarding client-provided project materials or confidential business information, the signed agreement controls to the extent of the conflict.
Your use of the Website is also governed by our Terms of Use.

We may collect personal information directly from you, automatically through the Website, and from other lawful sources.

- Information about a project, including project location, sector, delivery method, value range, procurement status, project timeline, and requested advisory services.

You should not submit Social Security numbers, bank-account credentials, payment-card data, medical information, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive personal information through a general Website form.
Information collected automatically
The Website is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, and embeds no advertising or tracking pixels. We do not build a profile of your visit and we cannot identify you from it.
Our hosting provider records standard server log information when a page is requested, which may include your IP address, browser type, operating system, the page requested, the referring page, and the date and time of the request. This is used to operate and secure the Website.
The Website loads no resources from any third-party server. Typefaces, stylesheets, scripts and images are all served from this domain, so visiting a page makes no request to Google, to a content delivery network, or to any other outside party. There is no routine disclosure of visitor information to a third party.

4. Cookies and Analytics
The Website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or tag-management services, and does not use advertising, remarketing, or social-media tracking pixels. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Specifically, and as at the date above, the Website does not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tracking or remarketing, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, HubSpot or other CRM tracking, Calendly, embedded Google Maps, or reCAPTCHA.
The Website also makes no third-party requests of any kind, including for typefaces, which are served from this domain. If we later add analytics, advertising technology, or any non-essential cookie, we will update this Privacy Policy and implement a consent mechanism appropriate to the technology and to the locations of Website visitors before doing so.

Project information can be commercially sensitive. Where Corven & Ashby receives project materials in connection with a potential or active engagement, we use those materials for the purpose for which they were provided, subject to applicable law and any written agreement between the parties.
A Website inquiry alone does not create a confidentiality relationship or an obligation to treat materials as confidential beyond the handling of personal information described in this Privacy Policy.
